www.mihub.eu Page | 20 Preliminary Results and Reflections Early implementation of GO2VET has yielded promising results. Migrants participating in the program have demonstrated increased confidence, improved language proficiency, and higher motivation to engage in training. Employers have shown willingness to host apprentices and contribute to the upskilling of a diverse workforce. Furthermore, the program contributes to broader integration efforts by promoting intercultural dialogue, community engagement, and long-term employability in rural and semi-rural areas. In conclusion, GO2VET stands as a model for how targeted VET interventions can simultaneously address labour market needs and support the integration of migrants. Through our partnership with miHUB, we help translate this vision into practice, ensuring that vocational education becomes a meaningful pathway to inclusion, dignity, and professional development. Continued support and cross-sectoral collaboration will be critical in scaling up such efforts across the EU. References: European Commission. (2020).
